The hotel itself is a good mixture of an old building which is nicely modernized. Staff was nice, room was clean and nicely furnished. Price to value was for me definitely given. The also provide free refreshment drinks (flavoured water with fresh fruits in it) + free coffee in the morning. Overall a nice stay.

The welcoming smiles and warmth of the staff at the reception is worth mentioning. Thanks to Mrs. Shania and Mrs. Livia The location of the property can only be described as being most practical for anyone thinking of spending time around the Mannheim city center. Beautifully surrounded by nice restaurants and hangout spots as well as the monumental Wasserturm. The facility also provides a round the clock refreshing, naturally flavored water around the reception area.

We liked the hotel because it was quite spacious (lobby, hallway, restaurant etc.). Also it is located close to the "Kunsthalle", city center and an Italian restaurant. The hotel room was quite quiet event it was located towards the main road. The breakfast was nice and abundant and newspapers (e.g. Financial Times) were also available. Close to the hotel is a public parking garage for (I guess) 18 / day. But you get a discount from the hotel such that it costs 10 / day (i.e. 0 - 24)
